- We accept payment after your new couch is set up/installed into you're home!
- We can only deliver within a 60 mile radius from our facility in Colorado Springs.
- Delivery fees outside Colorado Springs are based off our location in 80921.
- We cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule prior to delivery, if severe weather conditions are imminent.
- Delivery must be scheduled within 48 hours of purchase
- When scheduling a delivery, we will schedule one within an hour time slot (Ex: 10:00-11:00)
- Within 24 hours of delivery, we will contact you to confirm the scheduled delivery time.
- On the day of your delivery, we will give you a heads up to when we are on the way and our estimated time of arrival.
- We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to customer merchandise and/or any vehicles during the loading or transportation of the customer's merchandise
Pick-up
- Pick-up must be scheduled within 3 days of purchase.
- We can't hold merchandise past the scheduled pick-up date due to space and high demand.

- Please make sure your vehicles space will accommodate for the furniture pick-up prior to meeting.
Exchanges
- Upon Showing or Delivery, you will be given the opportunity to inspect the furniture. It is your responsibility to inspect everything to ensure satisfaction with your order.
- All sales are final when your order has been delivered / picked up.
