Does Couch Comfort take any couch?
Couch Comfort does not accept every couch. To qualify, a couch needs to be inspected for severe damages, bugs, and non-antique style. We professionally repair and reclean, we do not reupholster.

Are there any costs to the couch removal process?
There is no cost to having a couch removed when it qualifies and passes inspection. Our free removal is available within 30 miles of Colorado Springs.
Does Couch Comfort accept other pieces of furniture?
Couch Comfort only works with couches, sectionals, and sometimes chairs. However, if we can't take your furniture, no worries, our partners our Haul of the Wild can help you out!
What do I do if Couch Comfort can't remove my furniture for free?
Unfortunately , while we wish we can take all furniture for donation, some furniture cannot be accepted as it isn't suitable to be passed on to another family. This is where our Haul Away partner comes in! Haul of the Wild is a local company based right here in Palmer Lake. When you mention that we referred you, you'll receive 10% off all Junk Removal services—whether it’s a single couch or a whole house clean-out. If for any reason Haul of the Wild can’t pickup your furniture on the date needed, we also have a different solution. If we are there and notice the furniture can’t be removed for free, we can haul away for a fee. Ask your Couch Comfort representative about how much we charge for removal fees.
What does the removal process look like?
Once you submit the removal request form our team will review the submission. If the items are ones that we can work with we will reach out and schedule a time to inspect it. If it passes the inspection then the team member there will remove it for no cost.
